Our group is made up of profitable U.S. dollar-earning IT companies whose mission is to be able to export Filipino expertise virtually, without having to separate Filipino workers from their families, and in the process, gain foreign currency revenue for the country. In the pursuit for this noble undertaking, we have evolved from a few employees with a handful of rented PCs way back in 1985 to more than 6,000 regular employees groupwide.

We are supported by American and European software and methodologies that are further enhanced by our own in-house developed software and other local innovations. A network of about 4,000 computers and 20 scanners linked to the U.S. and Europe through a number of high-speed leased lines is utilized to run these applications.

With operations mostly running on two shifts, these numbers represent more than a 1:1 computer-personnel ratio. Our group is further strengthened by a circle of more than 20 affiliated sub-contractors handling the increasing load of projects coming from the United States and Europe.
